  • Pinar Labne with Garlic&Chives
  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 1 pack of pinar cream
  • 80 g pinar labne with garlic and chives
  • 2 pieces of capia pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • chili powder
  • black pepper
  • curry
  • 50 g parmesan cheese

Step 1 :Cut the chicken breasts into cubes and start cooking in a pan with 2 spoons of olive oil, adding salt, chili powder, black pepper and curry.


Step 2 :Grate parmesan on it. Cut your capia peppers into julienne and when your chicken starts to brown, add the peppers to the pan.


Step 3 :Roast the peppers together with the chicken and then add 1 packet of Pinar Cream.


Step 4 :After mixing for a while, add Pinar Labne and mix well. Continue cooking until the consistency thickens, then remove the pan from the stove and serve.
