  • Pınar Falafel
  • 50 g quinoa
  • 1/2 bunch of arugula
  • 1 lemon
  • 30 g tahini
  • 15 g honey
  • 1 carrot
  • Roasted red pepper
  • Avocado
Share Recipe:


Step 1 :Boil the quinoa in salted water and strain. For the sauce: Mix tahini, honey, lemon juice and salt.


Step 2 :Cook the falafel with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, turning each side for 5 minutes.


Step 3 :Mix arugula and boiled quinoa. Transfer to a bowl.


Step 4 :Add the carrots, avocado, tomato, falafel and tahini sauce on top.
