Step 1 :Blend cashew nuts, mustard, lemon juice and vinegar in a blender.
Step 2 :In a mixing bowl, combine red cabbage, white cabbage, carrot, and salt, rubbing the mixture with your hands.
Step 3 :Rinse off the excess salt when the cabbage slightly wilts.
Step 4 :Stir in the sauce you made in the blender and mix well.
Step 5 :Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan and cook each side of Pınar Planty Power Burger patties for 5 minutes.
Step 6 :Spread vegan mayo on the bottom burger bun and stack the burger with patty, avocado, caramelized onion, marinated mushrooms, roasted nuts and mung bean sprouts.
