  • Pınar Snacking Sliced Sausage
  • 1 Ramadan pita (stale)
  • 2 eggs
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 300 ml milk
  • 50 gr feta cheese
  • 1 red pepper Parsley
  • 1 pack baking powder
  • 50 gr Kasseri cheese

Step 1 :Slice peppers and sausage


Step 2 :In a bowl, mix eggs, milk and crumbled feta


Step 3 :Add parsley, baking powder, salt and pepper


Step 4 :Soak pita cubes in the mixture


Step 5 :Cook for 20 minutes at 180 degrees


Step 6 :Grate cheese on top and cook for 5 minutes


Step 7 :Enjoy.
