  • Fresh thyme Parsley
  • 8-10 peppercorns
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 30 gr flour
  • 30 gr butter
  • Veal bone Tomato paste

Step 1 :Brush bone with tomato paste and roast for 40 minutes at 200 degrees until paste is browned


Step 2 :Transfer roasted bone to a large pot and add parsley, pepper and bay leaf


Step 3 :Add water and boil for 2 hours


Step 4 :Strain the stock


Step 5 :In another pot, make a roux with flour and butter


Step 6 :Add the stock slowly until it is thickened


Step 7 :Enjoy.
