  • Ingredients
  • Labne
  • 1 glass of warm water
  • 1 pack of dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 2.5 glass of flour
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 package of Labne
  • 50 gr of soudjouk
  • ½ glass of grated tomato
  • 4 leaves of basil
  • 10 black olives
  • Topping
  • 1 egg
  • 1 spoon black cumin

Step 1 :For the pizza dough, mix the dry yeast, sugar and warm water and cover it, let it rest for 5 minutes.


Step 2 :Then, add the flour, olive oil and salt; knead it throughly and cover it again. Slice the soudjouk into thin pieces.


Step 3 :Stretch the dough and spread the tomato sauce on it. After you place the labne with the help of a spoon in a line, add the thinly sliced basil, soudjouk and olives.


Step 4 :Roll it firmly. Transfer onto a tray,and spread the mixed eggs onto it and sprinkle the black cumin. Make a horizontal slash with the help of a knife and bake in 200 C until the Stromboli takes color.


Step 5 :Serve it sliced.
