  • Ingredients
  • Pınar Falafel
  • 1/4 radish
  • 50 g mung beans
  • Lettuce
  • 1 piece of boiled beet
  • 1 cucumber
  • For the sauce:
  • 10 ml balsamic vinegar
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 lemon
  • Parsley
  • 15 g molasses

Step 1 :Boil the mung beans in salted water. Finely chop the parsley, cucumber, radish, lettuce and boiled beet and place them in a deep bowl.


Step 2 :Add the boiled mung beans and mix. For salad dressing; beat the molasses, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Combine with the salad.


Step 3 :Put the Pınar Veggie Bites in a pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.


Step 4 :Cook each side for 5 minutes. Serve the veggie bites on top of the salad
