  • Pınar Borek Rolls with Minced&Potatoes
  • Pınar Borek Rolls with Pastrami
  • Mint Yogurt Dip: 1/2 bunch fresh mind
  • 250 gr Greek yogurt
  • 10 ml lemon juice
  • 10 ml olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic
  • Avocado Dip: 1 avocado
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 10 ml lemon juice
  • 1/2 lemon zest
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive Oil Beet & Labne Dip: 1 mid-sized beet
  • 200 gr labne
  • 50 gr cottage cheese
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 stem thyme
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive Oil Mint & Pine Nut Dip: 60 gr pine nuts
  • 1/2 bunch fresh mint
  • 125 gr fresh cream
  • 200 gr labne
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive Oil

Step 1 :Mint Yogurt Dip: In a food processor, mix mint leaves, yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper


Step 2 :Garlic Avocado Dip: Remove avocado flesh from its skin and chop


Step 3 :Place in a deep bowl


Step 4 :Add in other ingredients and mix in a food processor


Step 5 :Beet & Labne Dip: Wrap beet in foil along with garlic, olive oil, salt and thyme


Step 6 :Cook for 45 minutes at 180 degrees


Step 7 :Roughly chop garlic and beet


Step 8 :Mix all in a food processor


Step 9 :Mint & Pine Nut Dip: Finely chop mint leaves


Step 10 :Halve pine nuts


Step 11 :Mix labne, pine nuts, salt, pepper, olive oil and mint leaves in a bowl.
