  • 200 gr dark chocolate
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Shaved almonds
  • Confectioner’s sugar

Step 1 :Cut puff pastry into triangles


Step 2 :Place chocolate over the base of the triangle and roll towards the tip


Step 3 :Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with shaved almonds


Step 4 :Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake for 25 minutes


Step 5 :Once croissants are cooled, decorate with confectioner’s sugar and pomegranate seeds.
