  • Ingredients
  • 600 gr flour
  • 20 gr butter
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 220 ml milk
  • 150 ml water
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 fresh yeast
  • 40 gr grated parmesan
  • 4 stems thyme

Step 1 :Melt fresh yeast in lukewarm water


Step 2 :Pour all wet ingredients into it


Step 3 :Add flour and knead, adding thyme


Step 4 :Set aside for 1 hour


Step 5 :Roll dough into 100 gr rolls and set aside for another 30 minutes


Step 6 :Brush with milk and sprinkle sesame seeds


Step 7 :Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees


Step 8 :Enjoy.
