  • Ingredients
  • Pınar Puff Pastry
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 pumpkin slices
  • 1 bowl sugar
  • 1 cinnamonbark
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup Pınar Kremilla

Step 1 :Roll out the puff pastry with a rolling pin


Step 2 :Cut out 2 equal rounds


Step 3 :With a smaller cutter, cut out another smaller one from one of the rounds


Step 4 :Place the smaller and the bigger rounds on top of each other, pinching the seams


Step 5 :Make holes in the center of the dough with a fork


Step 6 :Egg brush all the rounds before putting them in the preheated oven


Step 7 :Bake for 25 minutes at 200 degrees


Step 8 :In a pan, stir in pumpkin cubes, sugar, cinnamon bark and water


Step 9 :Cook until pumpkin is tender


Step 10 :Once cooked, remove cinnamon bark from the mixture and mix until smooth with an immersion blender


Step 11 :Add in Pınar Kremilla and mix well


Step 12 :Fill the puff pastries with this


Step 13 :Sprinkle pistachio on top and serve.
