  • Pınar Puff Pastry
  • 2 medium sized orange (juiced and zested) 4 eggs
  • 1 pack vanillin
  • 170 ml heavy cream

Step 1 :Place puff pastry in a tart pan and press with a fork


Step 2 :Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake for 15 minutes


Step 3 :Put weight onto the pastry and bake for 5 more minutes


Step 4 :Set aside


Step 5 :In a large bowl, whisk together orange juice, orange zest, eggs, honey and vanilla


Step 6 :Stir in cream and whisk until well blended


Step 7 :Place over a water bath and continuously beat for 5-6 minutes until thickened


Step 8 :Spread over the crust


Step 9 :Preheat oven to 120 degrees and bake for 35 minutes


Step 10 :Chill in the fridge and serve after decorating with whipped cream.
