  • Pınar Sliced Turkey Meat Salami
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 1 glass of olive oil
  • 1 glass of warm water
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 egg
  • as much flour as it takes
  • 50 g cheddar cheese
  • 50 g cheddar cheese

Step 1 :Take warm water, milk, granulated sugar, yeast, salt and olive oil into a mixing bowl.


Step 2 :Stir with your hands to let the yeast dissolve.


Step 3 :Add flour and knead a soft dough.


Step 4 :Cover and leave for 40 minutes in a warm place to ferment.


Step 5 :Then roll the dough into a rectangular shape with a rolling pin.


Step 6 :Arrange salami and grated cheese on one corner.


Step 7 :Roll it in half and cut the rest in the form of a comb. Roll it up.


Step 8 :Place in a hole cake tin. Ferment for another 20 minutes.


Step 9 :Brush it with egg yolk and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
