  • Pınar Puff Pastry
  • For the Pudding: 2 cups milk
  • 3 pieces of mastic gum
  • 1/2 cup rice Pistachios
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • For the Syrup: 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup water

Step 1 :Cook puff pastry following the instructions on the package


Step 2 :Cook water and honey


Step 3 :Let the mixture cool._x000D_In a medium-sized pan, melt butter


Step 4 :Stir in milk and sugar and add mastic gum


Step 5 :Pour cooled syrup over hot pastries first, then spread cooled pudding


Step 6 :Sprinkle with pistachios and serve.
