Step 1 :Cut the puff pastry into squares and fold the edges. Then whisk 1 egg yolk and brush it on the puff pastry and bake in 180 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.


Step 2 :For the filling, whisk 1 packet of Pinar Cream, then add 180g Pinar Labne Lemon Cheesecake and mix well. Take the mixture into a piping bag and squeeze it into the cooked puff pastry.


Step 3 :Add raspberries for the top, sprinkle 2 spoons of powdered powder and pour your chocolate sauce according to your preference and serve. Bon Appetit
