  • Pınar Puff Pastry
  • 500 ml milk
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 200 g labne
  • 5 g instant coffee
  • 30 g cocoa

Step 1 :Put milk, egg, sugar and flour in a saucepan. Cook until thickened. Let the mixture cool down.


Step 2 :Cut pastry puff pieces in stripe shape and wrap in drill shape. Place them in the oven tray.


Step 3 :Cookat 180°C for 10 minutes in the oven.


Step 4 :Mix hot water, powdered sugar and instant coffee in a bowl. Sprinkle it on pastry puff pieces.


Step 5 :Cut pastry puff pieces in stripe and equal sizes and place them around the bowls.


Step 6 :Add labne to your cooled cream and mix well.


Step 7 :Put them in piping bag and then, place in the middle of the bowls.


Step 8 :Sprinkle cocoa and serve.
