A leading favorite of the Pınar Fish Family, Pınar Calamari is marinated, cut in rings and then frozen. Cooking Instructions:Defrost the Pınar calamari by running water over them. Shake them to get rid of the excess water and coat them in flour. Preheat the deep fryer to 180°C and, while keeping the fryer door open, fry the calamari 1.5-2 minutes. Wait for 30 seconds to get the excess oil out and serve. (You can also divide the calamari into two portions for frying.)
