Step 1 :Halve simit


Step 2 :Separate egg whites from yolk and whisk both in different bowls


Step 3 :Melt butter in a pan and add simit in


Step 4 :Fill the simit hole with sujuk cubes and cook


Step 5 :Pour in egg whites


Step 6 :Once egg whites are cooked, pour in egg yolk and cook with the lid on


Step 7 :Slice simit like a cake so that layers of sujuk, egg white and yolk are visible


Step 8 :Each bite-size simit will have eggs and sujuk


Step 9 :Enjoy.
