  • Pınar Puff Pastry
  • Pınar Smoked Turkey
  • 10 spears asparagus
  • 1 egg
  • 100 g cream
  • Salt
  • black pepper
  • 200 g kashar cheese

Step 1 :Put Pınar Pastry Puff in rectangle oven tray. Poke holes in the bottom with a fork.


Step 2 :Cook at 180°C for 7 minutes in the oven.


Step 3 :Blend grated kashar cheese, egg, cream, salt, black pepper and chopped smoked turkey.


Step 4 :Place the mixture on the base of the quiche and place asparagus on it and grate kashar cheese.


Step 5 :Cook at 180°C for 10 minutes in the oven.
