  • 200g oat biscuit
  • 60g butter
  • for the cream
  • 600 g pinar labne
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2.5 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 packet of vanilya
  • 2 packet pinar cream
  • for the top
  • 1 packet of dark chocolate

Step 1 :Add butter into the oatmeal biscuit you passed through a rondo and mix.


Step 2 :Place the mixture by pressing it into the 24cm clamp mold whose base is covered with baking paper and keep it in the refrigerator until you prepare the cream. For the cream; Put Pinar Labne in a bowl, add corn starch and whisk it.


Step 3 :Then add 2 packets of Pinar Cream and vanilla in another bowl and whisk, then combine this mixture with the labne and whisk well again. Pour the mixture over the base and chill in the fridge for 1 night. Put small pieces of chocolate on top before serving.
