  • Labne
  • 180 gr pinar labne
  • 3 eggplants
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • for the top:
  • cherry tomatoes

Step 1 :Pour olive oil over the cherry tomatoes and roast them in a 200° oven for 25 minutes and the aubergines for 35 minutes.


Step 2 :Cut the roasted eggplants in half and scoop out the insides with a spoon. Crush the garlic well.


Step 3 :Blend Pinar Labne, garlic, eggplant and tahini. Toast the bread. Then spread the Pinar Labne mixture on the bread and serve with roasted cherry tomatoes.


Step 4 :Enjoy your meal.
