  • Pınar Anchovy
  • ¼ lb chickpeas
  • 10 black olives
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 celery stalk
  • Parsley
  • 1 orange
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Sea salt
  • Olive oil
  • 1 lemon

Step 1 :Sauté the boiled chickpeas with olive oil, salt and cayenne pepper.


Step 2 :Set aside. Clean the anchovies and mix with orange segments, orange juice, lemon juice and sea salt.


Step 3 :Leave for 20 minutes to marinate so they will be cooked with acid.


Step 4 :Chop celery stalks, peppers and parsley.


Step 5 :Mix the vegetables with chickpeas, black olives and anchovies.
