  • Pınar Snacking Smoked Turkey
  • 250 gr elbow pasta
  • 50 gr Kasseri cheese
  • 50 gr Cheddar cheese
  • 300 ml milk
  • 15 gr butter
  • 15 gr flour
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Nutmeg

Step 1 :Cook the pasta in salt water


Step 2 :Cook flour and butter in a pan


Step 3 :Slowly add milk and whisk into the mixture


Step 4 :Let it boil for 2 more minutes and your Bechamel sauce is ready


Step 5 :Combine pasta, shredded cheese and sliced turkey


Step 6 :Mix all when hot


Step 7 :Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg


Step 8 :Enjoy.
