  • Ingredients
  • 100 gr tomato puree
  • Fresh thyme
  • 500 gr flour
  • 5 gr dry active yeast
  • 10 gr sugar
  • 5 gr salt
  • 20 ml olive oil
  • 5 mushrooms
  • 1 green pepper
  • Mozzarella
  • 200 ml room temperature water

Step 1 :Combine flour, sugar, salt, yeast and olive oil in a bowl


Step 2 :Slowly stir in water until smooth


Step 3 :Knead the dough into 100-gr balls


Step 4 :Set aside for 1 hour


Step 5 :Thinly roll out dough balls


Step 6 :Place tomato sauce, thyme, sujuk, pepper and mozzarella on half of each round


Step 7 :Fold over into shells


Step 8 :Bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees


Step 9 :Enjoy.
