  • Pınar Veggie Bites
  • 3 cups of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 100 g of spinach
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 cup of water
  • 2 tablespoons of honey mustard
  • Lettuce
  • 1 capya pepper

Step 1 :Blend spinach and water. Mix the flour, salt and spinach juice.


Step 2 :Add olive oil and knead. Take small portions from the dough and spread thinly.


Step 3 :Cook both sides in a pan. Cook each side of the veggie bites for 5 minutes.


Step 4 :Spread honey mustard on the lavash, then add lettuce and capya pepper.


Step 5 :Then add the veggie bites and wrap.
