  • Pınar Puff Pastry
  • 1 banana
  • 9 raspberries
  • 100 gr white chocolate
  • 200 gr Pınar Labne
  • 50 gr powdered sugar
  • 1 egg
Share Recipe:


Step 1 :Stick puff pastry sheets together, cut into a triangle and wrap into a roll


Step 2 :Bring it to room temperature and cook for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees


Step 3 :Melt chocolate over a water bath


Step 4 :Whisk melted chocolate, labne and sugar


Step 5 :Fill up the pastry bag


Step 6 :Halve the baked croissant and fill it with cream and strawberry


Step 7 :Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve


Step 8 :Enjoy.
