  • Planty Power Burger
  • Vegan Burger Bun
  • Vegan Coleslaw
  • 1 sweet potato
  • Caramelized onion
  • 1 ½ cups cashew nuts
  • ¼ cup pickled cornichons
  • 3 scallions
  • 1 carrot
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • Parsley
  • Dill
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • ½ tsp vinegar
  • Ketchup
  • Salt

Step 1 :In a mixing bowl, combine chopped scallions, grated carrots, parsley, dill and garlic.


Step 2 :Make a paste by blending mustard, cashews, lemon juice, vinegar, salt and water in a blender.


Step 3 :Add the paste to the chopped vegetables and mix well.


Step 4 :Cut sweet potatoes into strips.


Step 5 :Add parsley, salt, pepper, oregano, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, juice from half a lemon, 1 tbsp of olive oil and mix well.


Step 6 :Place potato slices on a baking sheet and cook them for 20 minutes at 425 degrees.


Step 7 :Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan, and cook each side of Pınar Planty Power Burger for 5 minutes.


Step 8 :Put ketchup on the top burger bun, and stack with Pınar Planty Power Burger patty, vegan coleslaw, a second Pınar Planty Power Burger patty, caramelized onion, pickled cornichons and lettuce.


Step 9 :Spread vegan mayo over top burger bun and your burger is ready. Enjoy.
