  • Ingredients
  • Planty Power Burger
  • Roasted eggplant
  • Caramelized onion
  • Oyster mushrooms
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 tsp black cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • Walnuts
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard
  • 1 tsp vinegar
Share Recipe:


Step 1 :Thinly slice cucumbers and rub them with salt, making sure you squeeze the water out of them.


Step 2 :Rinse them out to get rid of excess salt.


Step 3 :Mix with thinly sliced carrot, soy sauce, black cumin seeds, sesame seeds and vinegar.


Step 4 :Drizzle olive oil in a heated pan and cook oyster mushrooms.


Step 5 :Add another drizzle of oil into the pan and cook each side of Pınar Planty Power Burger patties for 5 minutes.


Step 6 :Spread mustard on bottom bun and stack the burger by adding the patty, roasted eggplant, oyster mushrooms, caramelized onion and walnuts.


Step 7 :Spread ketchup on the top bun and your burger is ready. Enjoy.
