  • Ingredients
  • Pınar Beef Soudjouk
  • 4 mid-sized potatoes
  • Shredded Kasseri cheese
  • Crumbled feta cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Step 1 :Wash potatoes well and pierce with a fork


Step 2 :Rub with olive oil and salt before putting them in the oven


Step 3 :When cooked through, cut tops as if they are lids and empty potato flesh into a bowl


Step 4 :For each potato, mix 1 tbsp feta cheese, 1 tbsp Kasseri cheese, butter and pepper


Step 5 :Refill the potatoes with the potato - cheese mixture


Step 6 :Add sujuk and roast them until sujuk is fully cooked


Step 7 :Enjoy.
