  • Pınar Puff Pastry
  • Olive paste
  • Fresh rosemary
  • Fresh basil
  • Parsley
  • Dry Thyme
  • Egg yolk
  • Black cumin&sesame

Step 1 :Soften pastry puff pieces, roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut into four pieces from the middle.


Step 2 :Spread olive paste on top.


Step 3 :Thinly chop the parsley, fresh basil and fresh rosemary and add to the olive paste.


Step 4 :Cover in amulet shape and put the mixture in the oven tray.


Step 5 :Spread egg yolk on top and sprinkle thyme, sesame and black cumin.


Step 6 :Cook at 180°C for 15 minutes in the oven.
