  • Ingredients
  • Pınar Puff Pastry
  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 800 gr Pınar Labne
  • 3 tbsp Pınar Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 pack vanilla powder
  • 200 ml milk
  • 3 tbsp corn starch
  • 4 eggs For the Topping:1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 2 tbsp honey

Step 1 :Cook Pınar Puff Pastry according to packaging instructions on the package


Step 2 :In a medium-sized pan, mix milk, yogurt, labne, eggs, vanilla, starch and honey


Step 3 :Cook until thickened over medium heat


Step 4 :Chop pastries into small pieces and run the pieces through the food processor until they are pulverized


Step 5 :Add powdered sugar and pulse again


Step 6 :Press the mixture into the bottom of a spring form cake pan


Step 7 :Spread milk mixture over the crust and allow the cheesecake to sit in the fridge for 2 hours


Step 8 :In a saucepan, cook berries and honey


Step 9 :Remove from heat when the mixture is thickened


Step 10 :Pour the cooled sauce over the cheesecake and let it sit in the fridge for 3-4 more hours


Step 11 :Enjoy


Step 12 :Tip: It’s important to grind the cooked puff pastry when they come out fresh from the oven


Step 13 :Otherwise, the sheets won’t stick and the crust will crumble.
