  • Pınar Whiting Fillets
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 lemon Cumin Red pepper flakes Salt Pepper

Step 1 :Cut peppers into long strips


Step 2 :Slice onions into half moons


Step 3 :Saute pepper, onion and garlic


Step 4 :Add salt, pepper and lemon juice


Step 5 :Once they are cooked, stern in cubed fish fillets


Step 6 :Continue cooking


Step 7 :Season with cumin and red pepper


Step 8 :After peppers are cooked half way, transfer all ingredients into a clay pot


Step 9 :Cook for 10 minutes at 180 degrees


Step 10 :Serve with tortilla or lavash bread.
