Fried Whiting Fish: Defrost the fish fillets and coat them in the flour and salt mix (You can also try an egg and flour batter as well), fry them on high heat and serve.Steamed

Whiting Fish:

Ingredients:1 pack of Pınar Whiting Fish Fillets (defrosted)1 tablespoon capers1 tablespoon fresh dill2 tablespoons olive oil1 tomato (peeled and diced)1 Cuban pepper (cored and cut into rings)1 tablespoon lemon juice1 teaspoon flour3 cups of water½ teaspoon salt4 mushrooms (washed and thinly sliced)Heat the olive oil on a frying pan or pot. Sautee the mushrooms and the Cuban pepper for a minute or two. Add the flour and after 1-2 minutes, pour in the water and mix well. Add the fish, lemon juice, capers, tomatoes and salt, slowly stirring. Let the mix boil, turn the heat down and cover. Let it simmer for 12-13 more minutes. Garnish with dill and serve.
