Step 1 :Cut potatoes and cabbage into two.
Step 2 :Slice carrots, and mix with olive oil, salt, pepper and rosemary.
Step 3 :Add in roughly chopped garlic.
Step 4 :Cook for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
Step 5 :For the Relish, mix chopped pickles, chopped onions, vinegar, mayo and ketchup.
Step 6 :Thinly slice mushrooms and sauté in olive oil.
Step 7 :Stir in spices and remove from heat.
Step 8 :Cook burger patty following instructions on the package.
Step 9 :Put relish on buns and stack with arugula, tomato and patty.
Step 10 :Add sauteed mushrooms and caramelized onion on top.
Step 11 :Serve with potatoes. Enjoy.
