  • Pınar Falafel
  • 1 pita bread
  • 1/4 onion
  • 2-3 slices tomato
  • 3-4 black olives
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • 100 gr chickpeas (cooked)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 20 ml olive oil
  • 30gr tahini
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 lemon
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Step 1 :For hummus: Mix the chickpeas, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and cumin with an immersion blender


Step 2 :Spread hummus inside pita bread


Step 3 :Top bread with cooked falafels, olives, lettuce, tomato and red onion


Step 4 :Serve with lemon wedges


Step 5 :Enjoy.
