  • Pınar Whiting Fillets
  • 2 artichokes (cleaned)
  • 4 scallions Dill
  • 1/2 lemon (sliced) Lemon juice Salt
  • Pepper Olive oil

Step 1 :Quarter artichokes or cut into 6 pieces


Step 2 :Cut scallions vertically into 2-cm strips


Step 3 :Heat olive oil in a pan


Step 4 :Add fish, artichokes, lemon slices and scallion


Step 5 :Season with salt and pepper


Step 6 :Add 1/2 cup water


Step 7 :Cook over low heat for 25-30 minutes


Step 8 :5 minutes before removing from heat, pour in lemon juice


Step 9 :Garnish with dill and serve.
