Step 15 :Strain juices from the baking sheet into a pot
Step 16 :Stir in mustard and butter to make a sauce
Step 17 :Rice: Peel and dice onion
Step 18 :In a pot, heat olive oil and sauté onion
Step 19 :Add chestnuts and cloves, stirring for 5 minutes
Step 20 :Add bulgur wheat and stir for 5 more minutes
Step 21 :Add hot water and cook over low heat until water is absorbed
Step 22 :Once rice is cooked, set aside with lid on
Step 23 :Stir in currants
Step 24 :Serve turkey with a side of chestnut rice, roasted vegetables and mustard sauce.
