  • Pınar Puff Pastry
  • 3 pears
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • For the Milk
  • Jam sauce
  • 1 lt milk
  • 1 cup honey

Step 1 :Dice the pears


Step 2 :Melt the butter in a large pan


Step 3 :Cook the pears with honey and let them cool


Step 4 :Cut the puff pastries into circles


Step 5 :Place the pears in the middle and place two pastries on top of each other, pressing firmly into the corners


Step 6 :Follow the cooking instructions on the packaging


Step 7 :In a small pan, blend the milk and the honey


Step 8 :Cook on low heat until 70% of the milk is evaporated and the sauce thickens


Step 9 :Pour the sauce over the dessert and serve.
