  • Baby potatoes

  • Zucchini

  • 1 large potato
  • 1 fingerling potato
  • 20 ml olive oil
  • Salt

  • Fresh thyme

Step 1 :Roasted Vegetables: Cut all vegetables into rounds


Step 2 :Coat with olive oil and spices, and place them in an oven bag


Step 3 :Roast for 30 minutes at 180 degrees
