Step 1 :Halve puff pastry


Step 2 :Make slits in two corners and roll into a butterfly shape


Step 3 :You will have frames with centers cut out


Step 4 :Preheat oven to 180-200 degrees and cook pastry 20-25 minutes


Step 5 :Whisk labne with 4 tbsp powdered sugar, and pour mixture into a pastry bag


Step 6 :Cook pitted sour cherries with 1 tbsp powdered sugar


Step 7 :Remove from heat when thickened


Step 8 :Press into centers of puff pastry with a fork


Step 9 :Fill with cream and top with sour cherries.
