  • Ingredients
  • 45 gr corn starch
  • 95 gr rice flour
  • 1/8 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 240 ml club soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt Vegetable oil For the sauce: 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 lime juice
  • 20 ml olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Step 1 :Halve sujuk lengthwise and cut into 2.5-3 cm thick half-moon slices


Step 2 :Prepare tempura mix while heating oil in a large pan


Step 3 :In a bowl, mix rice flour, corn starch, baking powder and salt


Step 4 :In another bowl, whisk egg yolk and add club soda


Step 5 :Slowly, add the liquid ingredients into the dry mixture, stirring


Step 6 :Coat sujuk slices in tempura mix and cook 3-4 minutes in oil until golden


Step 7 :Using a spoon, remove avocado flesh out of its skin and mash


Step 8 :Add lime juice, olive oil, salt and pepper


Step 9 :Serve fried sujuk slices with the sauce


Step 10 :Enjoy.
