  • Tulum cheese
  • 1/4 broccoli
  • 1 carrot
  • 10 ml olive oil Whole wheat pasta

Step 1 :Add salt into a liter of water and boil


Step 2 :Add chopped broccoli and carrot


Step 3 :Cook for 3 minutes


Step 4 :Remove vegetables, add pasta into the same water and cook for 10 minutes


Step 5 :Strain pasta, saving 1/2 cup of pasta water


Step 6 :Put pasta, vegetables and pasta water back into the pot


Step 7 :Cook for 2 more minutes


Step 8 :Top with grated cheese and turkey fillets.
