  • 150 gr spinach
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 leek
  • 300 ml milk
  • 50 gr butter
  • 50 gr flour SaltPepper
  • Olive oil

Step 1 :Make a roux by melting butter and whisking in flour until smooth


Step 2 :Slowly add milk, frequently stirring


Step 3 :Set aside when thickened


Step 4 :Finely chop spinach


Step 5 :Dice carrot


Step 6 :Thinly slice leek


Step 7 :Heat olive oil in a pan and first sauté carrot


Step 8 :Then add leek and cook for 5 minutes


Step 9 :Season with salt and pepper


Step 10 :Pour Béchamel sauce over vegetables


Step 11 :Fill puff pastry with vegetables and seal


Step 12 :Make sure edges are well sealed


Step 13 :Brush with egg wash


Step 14 :Bake 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
