  • Pınar Puff Pastry
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/2 pack vanilla powder
  • 75 gr sugar
  • 25 gr flour
  • 1 cup Pınar Milk
  • 150 gr strawberry

Step 1 :Place Pınar Puff Pastries on a baking sheet and make holes in them with a fork to prevent the dough from over rising


Step 2 :Cover the pastries with parchment paper and a same-size baking sheet


Step 3 :Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes


Step 4 :For the filling, whisk milk, eggs, sugar, flour and vanilla powder together and cook over medium heat until the mixture reaches a milk pudding consistency


Step 5 :Cut the pastries into triangles


Step 6 :Wash and clean strawberries


Step 7 :Fill sieve up with cream


Step 8 :Strain cream to the cake dish and place two layers of puff pastry on top


Step 9 :The strained cream at the bottom will keep the cake in place


Step 10 :Strain cream over the pastries and arrange strawberries


Step 11 :Repeat the same step for the second layer


Step 12 :Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with strawberry slices.
