  • Pinar Labne with Lemon Cheesecake Sauce
  • 3 pieces of baklava phyllo
  • 1 packet of Lemon Cheesecake Labne
  • 100 gr of crushed wallnut pieces
  • 1 teaspoon of cinammon
  • Sunflower oil for frying
  • Honey and powdered nuts for serving

Step 1 :In a bowl, mix the labne, walnuts and cinnamon thoroughly.


Step 2 :Cut into strips from baklava phyllo and tightly fold the strips into triangles.


Step 3 :Fry in hot oil until the back and front are golden brown.


Step 4 :You can drizzle with as much honey as you want and serve with nuts sprinkled on it.
