  • Ingredients
  • Pınar Puff Pastry
  • 1.5 glasses milk
  • 3 tablespoons semolina
  • 1 packet vanillin
  • 1 glass water
  • 1 glass sugar
  • 50 g powdered peanut
  • 1/2 lemon

Step 1 :Boil water, powdered sugar and lemon juice in a saucepan and make it syrup and let it cool down.


Step 2 :Heat the milk in a saucepan and add semolina. Cook by mixing until thickened.


Step 3 :Make pastry puff thin with a rolling pin and cut in triangle shape.


Step 4 :Add 1 dessert spoon of milk pudding with semolina and powdered peanut on one piece of puff.


Step 5 :Cover it with another piece of pastry puff. Crush the edges with a fork. Place it in the oven tray.


Step 6 :Cook at 180°C for 15 minutes in the oven.


Step 7 :When you remove it from the oven, pour cold syrup on the dessert and sprinkle peanut on top.
