  • Pınar Falafel
  • Baguette bread
  • 2 carrots
  • 200 g of boiled chickpeas
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of tahini
  • Lettuce
  • 1 lemon
Share Recipe:


Step 1 :Chop the carrots. Mix with olive oil, salt and pepper and place on the baking sheet.


Step 2 :Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes. Blend the carrots with boiled chickpeas, garlic, tahini, lemon juice, salt and pepper.


Step 3 :Add the falafel to a pan with olive oil.


Step 4 :Cook each side for 4 minutes.


Step 5 :Spread the carrot mixture into the baguette and add lettuce and falafel.
