  • Pınar Puff Pastry
  • 1 bunch spinach
  • 50 gr peanuts
  • 5-6 leaves basil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 50 gr Pınar Labne
  • 1 pomegranate

Step 1 :Puree spinach, peanuts, basil, olive oil, salt and pepper in a food processor


Step 2 :Combine puff pastry sheets


Step 3 :Spread puree over pastry in a thick layer


Step 4 :Cover with a second layer of pastry and cut into a tree shape


Step 5 :Slash dough several times on each side and make branches


Step 6 :Brush with egg wash and bake at 180 degrees until browned


Step 7 :Whisk labne with basil and fill up a pastry bag


Step 8 :After the dough is cooked, make a star shape with labne over it


Step 9 :Garnish with pomegranate seeds


Step 10 :Enjoy.
