  • Ingredients
  • Süzme Cheese
  • 1 packet of Süzme Cheese
  • 400 gr of flour
  • 200 gr of butter (in cold cubes)
  • 1 spoon of sugar
  • 1 egg
  • Salt
  • 1 pack of baking powder
  • 3 spoons of cold water
  • 2 pieces of rosemary cuttings

Step 1 :Mix flour and butter by crumbling them by hand.


Step 2 :When butter has completely dissolved in flour, add the eggs, salt, sugar, baking powder and cold water. Knead as a little as possible, only until the ingredients are mixed.


Step 3 :Add the roughly chopped rosemary, and strech the dough on the countertop sprinkled with flour either with your hand or with a rolling pin until it is roughly in 2 finger thickness. Then cut the dough with a circular mould in one move.


Step 4 :Bake in 200 C until the top and bottom take color.


Step 5 :You can serve hot or cold.
