  • Organic Beef Burger
  • Carrot 2 gr basil
  • 50 gr olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 25 gr pine nuts
  • Zucchini
  • Tomato Red cabbage
  • Mayonnaise
  • Burger buns
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Step 1 :In a food processor, blend basil, garlic, pine nuts, olive oil and salt


Step 2 :Pour in mayonnaise and blend


Step 3 :In pan, sauté carrots in olive oil


Step 4 :In another pan, cook thinly sliced zucchini in olive oil


Step 5 :Season with salt and pepper


Step 6 :Cook Pınar Organic Beef Patty following package instructions


Step 7 :Spread pesto mayo over buns


Step 8 :Top with red cabbage, tomato, cooked zucchini and patty


Step 9 :Enjoy.
